Before I started training with Belinda, I can honestly say that I never exercised regularly and when I did try, it only lasted about a week and I'd eventually give up.

I joined the 10 week Outdoor Fitness Fun Blast with five of my friends to see how it wored. Within that time, we were taught many ways of how to work out and tone our muscles using different types of equipment. We did various activities like weight training, boxing with partners, using exercise bands, cardio workouts and much more. Belinda always pushed us to our limits and knew how far each one of us could go. I enjoyed every week of training and always looked forward to what Belinda had in store for us the following week.

All in all, Belinda is truly a wonderful coach and person who has helped me look at exercising in a different way. She has taught me that it can not only be hard work and physically challenging but can also be alot of fun and very enjoyable. She has also inspired not only myself but my group of friends the importance of staying fit and making it a part of our every day lives. Because of all her efforts, I am now more confident to stay in shape and keep fit.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Belinda's friendly but professional service to anyone who is looking to change their lifestyle.

Luvy (10 week Outdoor Fitness Fun Blast)

After being inspired by the rapid weight loss of contestants in the show “Biggest Loser”, some friends and I thought ‘we can do this too!’ and decided to join the 10 week Outdoor Fitness Fun Blast with InsideOut Personal Fitness. I’ll never forget our first session with our coach Belinda. I remember us all laughing at each others’ tired and sweaty faces after the warm up and laughing even harder at how ugly we all looked when the challenges became uncomfortable and what we thought was too painful to accomplish. My greatest achievement that first session, disappointing really, was that I was able to do around 7 push-ups (knees on ground). I couldn’t believe how unfit I was!!!

We were surprised to notice that as the sessions progressed, we were getting fitter and stronger. Personally, I felt happier and content with myself and realised that training did wonders for my self-esteem. We also became less hesitant in participating in the grueling circuits Belinda had organised for us each week and remained even more focused and determined to complete the tasks.

On our last week of training, Belinda measured us and we were stoked to find out we had all lost weight! We were so proud of ourselves for not giving up and giving it our best shot. And just for the record, I can now do way more than just 7 push ups (knees OFF the ground)!

Thank you Belinda for EVERYTHING! You taught us how to get fit, healthy ways to eat and basically all the steps to help us feel our best! Thanks to you I have achieved my goal and am back to the ideal weight I wanted when I first met you. It’s sad that the term is over, but I reminisce and smile every time you email us your regular tips, recipes and newsletters!

If you have a buddy it’s the best way to train!

After the success that I (Crystal) achieved, I encouraged and arranged for my husband to join me for training sessions with Belinda as part of her buddy system.

At first we were worried that the disproportionate levels we were each at with our fitness would mean that one or both of us would not get much out of the sessions. However, we find to our pleasant surprise, that the training sessions always challenge both of us in different ways even though we are also generally training together on similar exercises. When we think about it now, we know the reason the sessions work so well is because of the planning and attention to detail that Belinda puts into each of the sessions.

We absolutely love the buddy sessions! We are able to have a shared experience, being able to encourage, support and get fit together. The varied training exercises and friendly personality of Belinda have also been reasons why we continue to attend the sessions.

The difference with InsideOut is Belinda’s positive, supportive, reliable personality and her ability to have everything well organised and suited to each of us.

We absolutely love the buddy sessions and although we only had intended to have the sessions for a short period of time, we have continued to attend the sessions for over one year now.
