One-on-one sessions allow your trainer to focus all their energy and expertise on just you. They work together with you to set your health and fitness goals then they help you get there! We are highly experienced and are fully registered with Fitness Australia. Your trainer can come to your home or an outdoor location.
Your trainer will support and guide you to achieve your health and fitness goals by developing a total lifestyle program that is specifically tailored to you. Your lifestyle program integrates exercise, nutrition and motivation in a way that will give you more energy, health and quality of life.
Buddy Training
Buddy training is your personal trainer, yourself and another - either a friend, partner, family member or work colleague! Our buddy training accommodates all fitness levels so it does not matter if the buddies are of different fitness levels.
Your personal trainer will support and guide you both to achieve your health and fitness goals by developing a total lifestyle program that is specifically tailored to you. Your lifestyle program integrates exercise, nutrition and motivation in a way that will give you more energy, health and quality of life. Your training sessions are tailored according to both your individual goals and preferences. Training with a buddy can make your training session even more fun and affordable.
Small Group Training
For 3-5 people these sessions are personalised and lots of fun! At a time to suit everybody, small group training sessions are based on your goals for maximum results and are social and supportive. We never have more than 5 in these group sessions so all individual fitness levels and goals are accommodated.
